Meanwhile, Kebon Kosong Urban Village's Economy and Development Section Head, Irwandi explained the cleaning did not run on residential area. That is why the cleaning also did not involve PPSU personnel.
"The cleaning was focused on garbage left by the refugee," he admitted.
